Refund policy

Return Policy:
We accept returns under specific conditions:
The return request must be submitted within 14 days of placing your order. The item must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Returns will only be accepted if the item is undamaged (unless it was defective or incorrect).

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@raspo.be with your order number and the reason for the return. You can use our standard return form for this. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g. damaged goods, incorrect delivery).

Non-Refundable Items:
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or show signs of use will not be accepted for return. Custom or made-to-order products will not be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
