Shipping Policy

All items on our website are delivered by Bpost, PostNL or DPD. The shipping costs per shipment are:

Belgium: 5.95 EUR (DPD/Post NL), 7.95 EUR (Bpost) and FREE for orders with a value higher than 85 EUR. 

For orders of 20kg or more a surcharge of €5 will be added.

Delivery time for in-stock products is 2 to 3 business days. We always try to respect our deadline but it is not binding.

The Netherlands: 8,95 EUR and FREE for orders with a value higher than 85 EUR.

For all other countries in the EU shipping costs are calculated during checkout. The shipping costs can be estimated in the shopping cart.

In advance notice
The day before delivery, the courier will inform you of the exact delivery time via text message or e-mail.

With the Track and Trace code, you always know exactly where your package is.
